Fatherhood Earned, Not Expected

Men, let’s be honest.
Father’s Day isn’t about getting a new grill or a few hours of peace on the back porch.
It’s about being the kind of father that deserves to be celebrated.
And if we’re not showing up day in and day out.
Leading our families spiritually
Loving our wives well
Being fully present and intentional with our kids, then we shouldn’t expect applause for just holding the title of “Dad.”
Fatherhood is not a role we check in and out of.
It’s a daily calling.
Our families need our presence and intentionality.
They need men who wake up with purpose and lead with humility.
Who open God’s Word and live it out in front of little eyes that are always watching.
So this Father’s Day, don’t just hope for honor—live in a way that earns it.
Let it be a gut check, not just a pat on the back.
Step into your calling.
Be the rock.
Be the example.
Be the man your kids thank God for.
Because men like that? They are worth celebrating.
Let’s be those men.
Happy Father's Day, Gentlemen.
